By using Revone ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Overview

Revone is a macOS application designed to help you track and understand your revenue across multiple platforms.

Revone is provided as-is, and your use of the app is at your own risk.

2. Use of the App

You agree to use Revone only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not:

• misuse the app or attempt to interfere with its functionality

• reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code

• use the app in any way that violates applicable laws

3. Data & Responsibility

Revone is a local-first application.

• All data is stored locally on your device

• You are responsible for your API keys and account access

• Revone does not store or manage your data on external servers

You are solely responsible for securing your device and credentials.

4. Third-Party Services

Revone connects to third-party platforms such as:

• Stripe

• Gumroad

• Lemon Squeezy

• Polar

• Paddle

• RevenueCat

• ThriveCart

• Creem

• Dodo Payments

These services are not controlled by Revone.

We are not responsible for:

• their availability

• their data accuracy

• any changes to their APIs

5. Availability

We aim to keep Revone working reliably, but we do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted operation

• error-free performance

• compatibility with all systems

The app may change, update, or discontinue at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Revone shall not be liable for any:

• loss of revenue

• data inaccuracies

• business losses

• indirect or consequential damages

arising from the use of the app.

You use Revone at your own risk.

7. No Warranty

Revone is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• the app will meet your expectations

• the data will always be accurate

• the app will be free of bugs

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. System Requirements

Revone is designed for modern macOS systems.
macOS Sonoma 14.0 or later is recommended.
