Revone is a local-first desktop application.

All data remains on your device.

3. Local Data Storage

Revone stores your data locally on your Mac.

• transaction data retrieved from connected providers

• account connections (non-sensitive metadata)

• app settings

Sensitive data such as API keys are stored securely using the macOS Keychain.

4. Third-Party Services

Revone connects directly to third-party services you choose to use, such as:

• Stripe

• Gumroad

• Lemon Squeezy

• Polar

• Paddle

• RevenueCat

• ThriveCart

• Creem

• Dodo Payments

Your data is retrieved directly from these services using your API credentials.

We do not act as an intermediary server — all communication happens directly between your device and the provider APIs.

5. Data Usage

Your data is used only for the purpose of:

• displaying revenue and analytics

• showing transactions and subscriptions

• generating charts and insights inside the app

No data is shared, sold, or transmitted externally.

6. Notifications

Revone may display local notifications (e.g. new sales or subscription events).

These notifications are generated on your device and do not involve any external data processing.

We take security seriously:

• API keys are stored in the macOS Keychain

• No sensitive data is transmitted to external servers

8. System Requirements

Revone is designed for modern macOS systems.
macOS Sonoma 14.0 or later is recommended.

9. Your Control

You are always in full control of your data:

• You can remove connected accounts at any time

• You can delete all local data by removing the app files

• No data is retained by us after you stop using the app
