Connect your Paddle account and track your orders, subscriptions, and revenue in one place.

Step 1 — Open Paddle dashboard

1. Go to your Paddle dashboard

2. Make sure you are using Paddle Billing (new platform)

Step 2 — Open Developer settings

1. In the dashboard, open Developer tools

2. Click Authentication

Step 3 — Create an API key

1. Click New API key

2. Enter a name (e.g. Revone)

3. Set expiration:

   • Recommended: No expiration (so you don’t need to reconnect later)

4. Select required permissions (read access is enough)

Step 4 — Copy your API key

1. Copy the generated API key

2. It will look like:

Step 5 — Paste into Revone

1. Open Revone

2. Add a new Paddle Billing connection

3. Paste your API key

4. Click Connect

Security note

Your API key is stored securely in macOS Keychain and never leaves your device. Revone only uses it to read your orders, subscriptions, and revenue data.

Done 🎉

Your Paddle data will start syncing automatically.
